MINT Strengthens Leadership Team to Meet Demand for Unified Advertising Intelligence and Position for the Next Era of Global Growth
Introduction
Industry Veterans DJ Martin and Meredith Brace Join CEO Louisa Wong to Drive Transparency and Intelligence in Enterprise Advertising Operations; Mark Polyak elevated to COO.

MINT, the global leader in Advertising Resource Management (ARM), today announced key additions to its executive team as the company accelerates category creation and enterprise adoption. DJ Martin joins as Chief Commercial Officer, Meredith Brace as Chief Marketing Officer, and Mark Polyak has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer, all reporting to CEO Louisa Wong.
The leadership moves position MINT to capitalize on surging demand from enterprise brands seeking to end operational fragmentation and gain unified intelligence across their advertising. With clients including Mastercard, Air France and General Assembly, MINT is establishing ARM as the operational truth layer needed for advertising executives to connect the dots on spending, identify what's working, and reconcile performance and financial reporting seamlessly.
"Advertising operations are at an inflection point," said Louisa Wong, CEO of MINT. "CMOs and CFOs are drowning in disconnected tools, siloed data, and no single source of truth. The industry doesn't need another point solution. It needs unified intelligence. This team brings the expertise to transform how enterprises run advertising at scale, bringing transparency and trust the market has been waiting for."
Commercial Leadership to Drive Market Expansion
DJ Martin will lead MINT's go-to-market strategy and commercial organization. Martin brings deep experience across the advertising ecosystem, having scaled commercial operations at global holding companies Dentsu and Omnicom, and led teams at enterprise brands including Colgate-Palmolive and Motorola. His mandate is to sharpen how MINT organizes, prioritizes, and wins in market while extracting maximum value for our clients through deal management, governance and compliance. His ability to see around corners and deliver real time advantages for clients will be critical to our success.
"What drew me to MINT is simple: they're solving the system problem, not just adding another optimization layer," said Martin. "I have seen the chaos firsthand with brands spending millions on disconnected tools that don't talk to each other. MINT gives executives the operational clarity to make smarter decisions faster. That is a rare opportunity to be on the right side of market transformation."
Category Leadership Through Strategic Marketing
Meredith Brace will drive global brand visibility and category leadership as CMO. Brace brings a unique combination of advertiser-side experience, having run advertising teams at Microsoft and HP, along with expertise helping startups scale and media and tech companies break through market noise. She has led marketing at FOX Corporation and guided multiple ventures through operational and market growth. At MINT, she will position Advertising Resource Management as the inevitable future and ensure enterprise decision-makers understand MINT’s proprietary capabilities to simplify the stack and bring clarity to advertising management.
"I have lived the pain MINT solves," said Brace. "Managing advertising and media teams at global tech brands, I found that eliminating operational silos created the most value by shifting time to creativity and away from budget management, campaign tracking and trying to reconcile inefficient planning processes. MINT brings Process Intelligence to advertising operations, making bottlenecks visible and giving teams the insights to INSTANTLY fix root causes. My job is to make sure every CMO and CFO understands that ARM is not optional anymore. It is the bedrock infrastructure necessary for today’s advertising and media landscape."
Operational Excellence Powered by Technology Leadership
Mark Polyak, who has led MINT's product and technology development, has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer. In this expanded role, Polyak will oversee operational transformation as MINT scales to meet enterprise demand while continuing to drive the company's unified intelligence platform. Polyak brings deep technical expertise built across national security, global analytics, and advertising technology. He holds three U.S. patents focused on real-time data integration and previously served as President of Global Data Management at Ipsos, overseeing multi-source data integration across 90+ countries. At MINT, he has been instrumental in architecting the company's multi-agent systems and human-in-the-lead architecture, ensuring AI amplifies human decision-making. He is a recognized thought leader in AI ethics and teaches at Columbia University.
"AI is no longer just a copilot. We are building systems where humans manage teams of specialized agents, each focused on narrow tasks, with coordinating agents that ensure quality and ethical consistency," said Polyak. "That is the future of advertising operations, and we are making it real for our clients today."
The Future of Advertising Starts with Operational Truth
MINT's platform combines human insight with Process Intelligence, creating a living digital model of how work flows through an organization from brief to campaign reporting. The result is a single source of truth that makes deviations identifiable, performance measurable, and reconciliation seamless across the entire advertising supply chain.
As agentic AI transforms advertising workflows, MINT positions itself as the critical infrastructure layer enabling that transformation. Rather than adding to the chaos of disconnected AI tools, MINT provides the operational foundation that makes AI-driven advertising accountable, transparent, and trustworthy. The Era of disconnected marketing tech is ending. With this team, we are building what comes next.
The leadership appointments come as MINT continues to expand its enterprise client base and deepen partnerships with technology leaders including IBM and Celonis. The company plans to announce additional strategic initiatives in the coming months.
